The Kerria group, architects SCAU and Studio Briand&Berthereau are combining their expertise to transform a 1970s office building into a unique hotel. Our approach is based on a reinterpretation of the architectural and decorative codes of the 1970s, infused with a contemporary sensibility and firmly rooted in the strong Parisian context. By balancing—without caricaturing—this era known for its bold colors and materials, the project gains its uniqueness and aims to offer guests a truly distinctive experience.
