For Les Maritimes, an open-air hotel, the Studio redesigned the communal areas within a renovated building, including a clubhouse, bar, boutique, and their respective terraces. The clubhouse features a planted conversation pit, an audiophile counter with curated vinyls for self-listening, a self-serve coffee/water station, coworking tables, and a small boutique. A large curtain discreetly hides technical areas. A terrace links the bar and boutique, centered around a signature fire pit. The bar, built around a sculptural counter, includes an event space and a jukebox. The overall ambiance blends maritime-inspired materials, soft lighting, and custom furnishings inspired by the Landes region.
