Elected best Parisian bread maker in 2008, and renowned for his iconic “Pain des Amis”, Christophe Vasseur wanted to create a unique breadboard, as a showpiece worthy of showcasing the quality of his know-how. Composed of a grid, a knife, and a marble bread tray that can be assembled and separated, the “Planche des Amis” allows free use of its components according to the occasion. The grid fits onto the marble tray to slice the bread and collect crumbs, and can be detached to serve the sliced bread and share it among guests.
