For the open-air hotel Le Phare, the Studio redesigned the common areas within a renovated building — including the club house, bar, shop, and their terraces. The clubhouse includes a conversation pit, an audiophile counter with vinyl records available for listening, a coffee/water area, coworking tables, and a shop and library corner. A passageway — like a sheltered street — connects the bar and the club house. This space transforms to host various events: exhibitions, concerts, screenings, or club nights. The bar is composed of a sculptural counter and enveloping, comfortable banquettes, opening onto large terraces overlooking the salt marshes. The atmosphere combines maritime materials, soft lighting, and custom-made furniture inspired by the Île de Ré.
