Pantin Wall
Pantin
The constraints on this recycling center project in Pantin were extremely demanding. How do you create a dynamic story using only the structure of the walls and the signage? To bring life to this space, consisting of four walls, we utilized a layout of ceramic and glass bricks. By playing with the density of the checkerboard pattern and the effects of relief and volume, we designed three interwoven wave patterns on each side of the building. This concept is further emphasized by the signage elements (pictograms, typography,
and floor markings) all echoing the same pixelated graphic language.
