The Studio has renovated the restaurant Coucou \u00cele de R\u00e9, located on the Atlantic coast facing the marshes, within Le Phare Hotel of the Collection Rivages group. The project completely reimagines the interior volumes to increase seating capacity while enhancing the existing architecture and creating a sense of openness between the interior and the terrace. The aesthetic combines a raw atmosphere with refined finishes, reinterpreting the distinctive codes of \u00cele de R\u00e9: off-white tones, black wainscoting, and the island\u2019s iconic green. A circular bar stands beneath a central glass roof, creating continuity with the outdoors and opening onto a wooden terrace with views of the marshes. The interior layout emphasizes conviviality, featuring wide banquettes that follow the room\u2019s contours, movable tables, and curtains that create intimate alcoves. The fully utilized ceiling height enhances the feeling of spaciousness.
