Casa Pepita is a small pied-\u00e0-terre located on the top floor of a typical 1970s residence in the heart of Biarritz, just steps from Les Arches and its beach. The L-shaped, south-facing apartment opens onto a continuous balcony bathed in sunlight. Its renovation was designed to maximize natural light and make the most of every square meter. On just 30\u202fm\u00b2, it offers two bedrooms: a compact cabin room and a main bedroom. Blackout curtains provide privacy for each space. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a small lounge, and a dining table for up to four guests. The master bedroom also has a study area and a shared bathroom. A mirrored wall, placed opposite the bay window, enhances the sense of space and light. As for materials, the inspiration draws from Basque culture: deep red countertops, sandy-toned floors and curtains, and dark wood finishes.
